Math in the Making

I recently wrapped up the delightful experience of co-teaching a course with Prof. Alex Kontorovich at Rutgers, on turning mathematical ideas into physical objects. Here’s an example projection of a five-dimensional hypercube, that one of the students produced. There were way too many other cool things to list or display here, but the eclectic collection of topics that students chose and the objects they created to illustrate them were a feast for the senses and the mind. Here is the syllabus for the course, including 2⁶ sample projects, in case you are interested.
